Our DRC sites and what they produce

Each DRC location plays a defined role in the value chain — corporate & export coordination in Kinshasa, gold-trading and aggregation in Tshopo and Tanganyika, and concession-based extraction across the broader Copilot Mining footprint.

Kinshasa — Group Headquarters

Capital Territory of Kinshasa Operating & Export HQ (Copilot Mining Inc.)

Kinshasa is the operating headquarters for Copilot Mining and the export coordination hub for the DRC platform. It hosts senior management, finance & compliance, secured custody and consolidation of inbound shipments from provincial sites, and the interface with licensed comptoirs, DGDA, and the Central Bank for export formalities.

Role: Corporate HQ • Export coordination • Compliance & finance • Bank-channel settlement

Gold (consolidation & export) No on-site extraction

Kisangani — Province of Tshopo

Registered Office: Caspian Africa SARL OHADA SARL (70 % Caspian / 30 % Congolese)

Kisangani is the registered office of Caspian Africa SARL, our OHADA-incorporated trading vehicle, and the primary sourcing hub for our gold operations in the Tshopo province. We source from artisanal miners operating under recognized cooperatives and authorized artisanal zones, with documented purchases (1–25 g per transaction) aggregated weekly in coded province/date lots.

Role: Registered office • Gold sourcing & aggregation • Provincial Division des Mines liaison

Gold

Kalemie — Province of Tanganyika

Provincial Operating Branch Lake Tanganyika corridor

Our declared provincial branch in Kalemie covers gold sourcing and aggregation across Tanganyika province, with proximity to the wider Central African Copperbelt and the broader portfolio of mineralized terrains in eastern DRC. Operations are subject to the same compliance and chain-of-custody controls as Tshopo, with sealed-container transport to Kinshasa for consolidation.

Role: Provincial branch • Gold sourcing & aggregation • Eastern DRC presence
